I am extremely disappointed with this Red Robin restaurant. I have visited other locations that were wonderful. In the past, the burgers were served in a wrapper and there were paper towels available to minimize mess. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. My burger was mediocre and only slightly warm. I ordered an iced tea that was served without ice and at room temperature, tasting unpleasant. The service was also lacking. Our server was barely present and difficult to reach when needed, especially when it came time to pay the bill. I had to wait a long time for her to return, feeling neglected. Despite being a frequent customer in the past, I have noticed a decline in quality at this...
I only dined-in once at Red Robin. Me and my kids enjoyed the food and we have come back for some to-go as well. Besides that I am writing to say how thankful I am to Red Robin personnel. 3 days ago I lost my wallet with my DL, CC, insurance cards and some cash at the Rockway mall outside their store. Today I received it back via Fed-Ex (wallet and everything on it) and I am so thankful that there are still good people out there that would do such good deeds. Thank you so much. I've recently become a fan of red Robin. I never really went there before moving to the Area. The burgers are really good. I love the banzai burger and have also tried the black and blue? Burger and it was great. I took off one star only because the place seems very understaffed. If you eat in, it takes a long time to get your food. The servers are really doing their best and are very nice and helpful but look overwhelmed. I have also done take out and feel I get my food quicker with take out then dine in.
Went for dinner with friends on a Friday night, and we were seated right away, which was great. The appetizers were tasty, however we were disappointed when 3/4 burger orders weren't cooked to the correct temperature. The replacement burgers were then an overcorrection and cooked very well. We assumed this was due to new, inexperienced hires. We're willing to try again!

The service at this restaurant was very slow. One of our entrees was incorrect, but because of the long wait, we ended up eating it anyway. The water we were served was unpleasant and tasted like water from a bathroom. It seemed like there were many staff members around, but no one was actively working to get things done.
waitress/ bartender paid me not much attention at all.. busy playing with cell phone and talking to co workers.. other customers asked other servers of they can order from the tabletops.. usually I love this place. I will be back
We placed an online order and the food was piping hot and ready to pick up! We asked for extra Red Robin seasoning on our fries last minute, and they had them ready for us! The manager was also fantastic!
Table was not clean when we sat, also, some fries were burnt, and the food runner talk to us in Spanish, I speak English, should not assume cause I'm spanish that I speak the language.

I've been coming here a few years and I love this location. Very friendly and attentive. Food is always good, so I'll always come back.
Food was good but Forget refills. After the food was served the waiter was nowhere to be found.
