Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at RR this evening. Our server Alyssa immediately recognized that my toddler was melting down, and within a minute, had her calmed down and engaged in a conversation about what she wanted to drink, and had her choose fries/apples/oranges/broccoli. Less than 3 minutes later, she brought out a basket of fries, helped my daughter place her order on the kiosk. She then purchased my daughter a game on the kiosk, which kept her happy and engaged until her food showed up less than 5 minutes later. Alyssa was attentive beyond the usual, and her service was above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Our waiter was very nice, polite, and professional. It was my son's first day out of the hospital since February, and we wanted to make it special. We asked if the staff could sing Happy Birthday to him, as we couldn't celebrate his birthday on June 19th. They happily sang for him and even treated him to a birthday sundae. Seeing the big smile on my son's face was truly priceless!

The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Sandwich lacked flavor and was overly greasy. It seemed like someone forgot to add the BBQ sauce and mayonnaise, and the seasoning was also missing. I’ve found these sandwiches to be pretty inconsistent. As for the steak fries, I would appreciate it if they could be all crispy when I request crispy fries. The onion rings, while decent, were also greasy and needed more seasoning.

I really love the Banzai Burger; it's always my top choice! I have a couple of suggestions: could you find a way to package the onion rings so they don’t arrive soggy? Additionally, would it be possible to seal the food containers or the delivery bag to keep the food protected? Thank you! Réservez une table maintenant

The fries were perfectly crispy, just as I requested, and the lettuce was fresh and crisp! The ranch dressing was mixed just right as well. Plus, the freckled lemonade is always a delight! Everything was served exactly as I ordered!

Staff was wonderful..food even better! When we got there it was busy, we waited awhile for a table. The staff was courteous and our waitresses Maddie and Jelani were AMAZING! We will be returning soon!

the kids cheeseburger was supposed to come plain, but it had lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on it. I spent an extra $4 on sauces, and received 16 fries. completely disappointed.

I only had one negative experience, and that was when they were particularly busy. I decided to go ahead and eat it anyway, but overall, they are always extremely attentive. Réservez une table maintenant

Red Robin offers fantastic food and drinks at reasonable prices. I can always find something I enjoy on the menu. Additionally, the service is outstanding.

Cheese missing from every cheese stick as they were overcooked. Burger burnt and forgot the cheese and fries cold. Worst RR in a long time.
