the retaurant is in the chalet style, warm, welcoming and genuine. After a day too foot we were ravenous so that my wife and I shared a cheese cuts (swiss cheese, ham and wobbles on brot made on this special Swiss wise) with, it was absolutely delicious....We then had both the "fake snails" we were in the sky, mainly helped by a glass of the Walliser-Fendant, with and with the main we shared a half liter of a diolnoir (a wonderful pinot noir variant with a somewhat richer and more dimensional taste). I was treated with my coffee with a generous apricot brandy, as my wife was friendly this evening.
Ein Stern zuviel... Wir waren vergangenen Freitag im Restaurant Birgisch. Wir sind nur für das Raclette vom Kanton St. Gallen angereist. Da wir mehrere Personen waren, haben wir einen Tisch reserviert. Und wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Wir wurden nicht begrüsst. Das Raclette kam kalt auf den Tisch. Die Kartoffeln waren alt. Kein Besuch mehr wert! Schade. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
