Managed to get seating for 2 with no reservation, on a Saturday night, despite the lumifestival happening at the same time. The restaurant was packed and busy. The service was quick and friendly. We shared the calamari for appetizer, which was perfectly cooked! We got a bottle of red wine, which beyond the first glass, we didn't receive service on pouring: didn't mind too much, as I said, it was busy. I took out 2 stars because of the main course. My wife got a margarita pizza. It's was the oil soaked kind, with no basil and slices of regular tomatoes on top... I got the pasta a la Gigi. The friend we went here with found the well cooked plastic seal from a bottle of cream in her risotto. When we showed the waiter he took it from her hand, looked at it then put it back in her bowl and said “you’ll be ok”. The owner or manager then came over and told us what it was which didn’t really help. Then brought out a bottle of cream to show us what it was (we knew as soon as we saw it) the again said something along the lines of you’ll be ok. My meal was bland and the salmon tartare was adequate. Wouldn’t recommend.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, despite the apparent shortage of staff. Like many other places, the food was delicious and offered authentic Italian cuisine. The owner, "Danny," was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience warm and sincere.

It was worth the 30-minute drive! The restaurant was recommended to us and we were greeted by Daniel and Francesco, who were both friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be returning.
The service was excellent and the pasta portions were huge! The meatballs (appetizer) were scrumptious. They also offer complimentary bruschetta bites when you first sit down.
