I went there with a special occasion with my mother who is not what we can call a convinced vegan. I ordered a large plate with a little everything to taste all the dishes on the menu, and she ordered a suppe. actually it was much more than a regular suppe, she had a lot of small amuse blood around her. the aromas are amazing to be vegan even after 4 years, cook a lot to home and have visited many places all over the world, I still think this is the best I have ever tried. it's a little gastronomic, but not overpriced! the chef is a bit eccentric and the place itself is not particularly charming, but they must go beyond to get a chance to appreciate the eating. again it's so perfect. Je pense pouvoir dire qu’on est sur de l’art culinaire. De plus c’est aussi bon que beau. Enfin un resto qui se démarque des autres avec des saveurs inconnus et avec un chef...aussi talentueux qu’original, mais surtout très très sympathique. Je recommande si vous êtes de passage à Bordeaux.

un patron absolument adorable, qui n'avait rien à vendre et nous a donc offert le bento qu'il avait laissé. délicieux, je recommande l'endroit! La prochaine fois, on aura plus de tot !
