We recently had our first experience at Rigdon’s Championship BBQ, and it did not disappoint! My husband, who hails from the Kansas/Kansas City area, is very particular about his BBQ, but he loved what we had at Rigdon's. I couldn't agree more—it was absolutely delicious! We sampled the BBQ nachos and the pork chop sandwiches, and they were fantastic. We will definitely be returning for more!
I usually avoid food carts, but I was tired and didn’t feel like cooking. I tried the pork chop and it was delicious! It's honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. I'm so glad they set up in Cadiz. I really hope they come back often!
