This pizza was awful. Firstly, they advertise it as a regular pizza, but it’s actually a personal size, which is ridiculous. I paid nearly $20 for a personal pizza with toppings. On top of that, the toppings were so sparse it felt like they were trying to cut costs, even though they just opened. The only decent part was the hot oil, but aside from that, you can easily skip this place. Save your money—there are plenty of better options in Mineola.

That being said the toppings were so scarce you would think they were going under and trying tosave money even though they apparently just opened. The hot oil was OK its only saving grace other than that you can easily skipit. Save your money there are plenty of better places in Mineola.
I tried Rikos over the weekend at the suggestion of a friend. I was totally surprised by how good this was. Razor thin pizza but stays crispy to the last bite. 13 inch personals that come out STEAMING. Look closely at the photo for proof. Great staff, friendly, and attentive. Went back the next day to try the Margherita. Amazing. I've tried plain, pepperoni, bbq, and Margherita. All of them were great. I need to try their hot oil!
I give this restaurant a 5-star rating! It’s super clean. I've always loved Riko's hot oil pizza, and at this location, Analiz and Chris are fantastic. I ordered a Nashville spicy pizza, but it turned out to be too spicy for the kids. However, they were kind enough to make some modifications for us. Thank you once again, Chris and Analiz! The signature hot oil slice is a thin crust 1/4 medium sized pizza slice. Cheese texture resembled lava topped with a hot pepper fragment. Hot oil was a delicious sneaky burn that hit after you stopped eating. Didn't spot the BBQ chicken offering untilafter I had ordered, something for next time.
5 star ratings from me. Super clean. Always loved Rikos hot oil pizza, in this location Analiz and Chris really awesome. I ordered a Nashville spicy pizza unfortunately to spicy for kids. But they wer nice enough to make some arrangements. Again thankyou Chris and Analiz.
I’ve never had a pizza with such a delicious thin and crispy crust before. Best of luck to your new location in Mineola! I will definitely be returning to try more of your pies. The Margherita pizza was excellent, and the sauce was fantastic too. Thank you!
Riko's Pizza is a fantastic and distinctive spot for pizza lovers! Their ultra-thin crust truly sets them apart, and their menu offers a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend trying the hot oil pizza along with their delicious wings! Réservez une table maintenant
Really good bar style pizza had the hot oil pizza little kick to it but very flavorful it was super thin I love that and it wasn?t burnt and was amazingly crispy definitely will be ordering from here again!
