This month’s theme was “Traditional Ristorante Bartolotta Menu.” Like all long-time regulars, we were delighted to see a return to many of the pre-pandemic dishes. For the first course my wife and I had fried seafood including calamari, shrimp, scallop and fish. Although very good, we missed Chef Juan’s famous calamari. His crisply coated calamari with delicate marinara sauce are a delight to behold. For the second course we savored our favorite, and probably everybody else’s, ribbon pasta duck ragu. Also available was our second favorite: pasta quills, crème, prosciutto, peas, and parmigiana reggiano. Again, we both had the same third course: seared veal medallions, prosciutto, artichokes,...
This is a little jewel that must be protected. My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened and its unfailing wonderful. Classic and tasteful without being trendy. Anyone wanting to learn how to operate a restaurant for 30 years should come here and take many lessons at the feet of the Bartolottas who have clearly learned their craft. The food, serve and ambience are all top notch
The food was excellent. The service is always outstanding! We expect to pay more because foods are usual and good. It is often made with combinations that are unusual. My only complaint is about the amount of wine pour. The wines are good wines. The average glass is $15-20. They fill the glasses 1/3 full. I believe they should at least be 1/2 full. Thank you.
