Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The ice is watered down.. I don’t understand why this seems to be a continuous issue at this specific location but it’s a huge issue. No flavor in the ice at all. There’s a girl there that’s so rude I was standing in line and heard this girl cursing the customer in front of me and the poor woman was trying to be so patient it was insane to see the fact that people like that work for this place isn’t any wonder they have the issues they do. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.
