This restaurant is amazing! During our trip to LA in 2022, we visited this place two nights in a row because the food is delicious. There might be a bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it. Now that we are married, we are looking forward to visiting this place again. It has always been at the top of our list for this trip due to its delicious and affordable food. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is great. If you have some time to spare and are in the area, definitely give it a try! The food is amazing. It is always very busy, the the staff is very attentive and always on top of their game. And I will say again...I love the food. My favorite is the eggplant Parmagiana with the rosa sauce. Romano Cucina is an absolute favorite! I used to go to their Laguna Hills location when I lived in the OC, and after moving to Belmont Shore I was so happy to find out they had a Sunset Beach location. The employees are so welcoming and attentive, and the food is always spot on. Great place for a date night or a family outing. Drinks are delicious and the serving sizes are very generous. Catch the sunset at the beach and then head over for a great night. :

I tried this restaurant for the first time based on a recommendation. I was disappointed with the food quality, especially the soggy noodles, which is unacceptable for an Italian restaurant. However, the staff was friendly and the ambiance and location were appealing. I probably won't dine here again. Overall rating: Food 2, Service 4, Atmosphere 4. The food was super yummy and the martini cocktail list was to DIE for! Our server was incredible friendly and it was a very pleasant atmosphere right just steps from the beach. Such a cute date night pick.
