When I was a postgrad student at Les Roches, this place was called Le Tacot and we would eat here at least a couple times a month for lunch or dinner (though reservations can be fully booked for weeks in advance! . I got some of my kitchen training in this kitchen too and learned a lot about cooking in a fine dining kitchen here. It appears that they have rebranded the restaurant and opened it up for public as well! This would be a good spot to check out if you're in the area and worth the money for the quality of food that is served.
