Pizza pretty good but we ordered meatball and got sausage instead.unwilling to reorder and wait again ,we just ate it..it was fine.not what we ordered, but fine. The water tasted terrible and I would recommend ordering a soft drink or bottled water if they have it..the water is really undrinkable.the bathroom was inadequate for the size of this restaurant. Only one and the wait during our visit was ridiculous. I kept walking back and forth to try to use it and it took almost 20 minutes to find it unoccupied. I have MS and the walk back and forth was excruciating. We only had pizza so I don't know about their other menu items. It was fine but given the other issues I wouldn't rush back.
My son said he would buy us dinner to go. He and his girl had just gotten back from vacation and were wrapping up their time away. I suggested ordering grinders yes I am from Massachusetts which is what we call these sandwiches). We decided to patronize Rossinis. The bread was crispy, chewy and delicious. But...the chicken cutlet my son ordered appeared with no lettuce or tomato. My husband said there was little ham on his. My chicken parmagian had sour marinara, few chicken pieces and no observable cheese.
Made a reservation for 12 and had a last minute change to 10 people. They were very accommodating. Service was great! Food was hot and delicious. We had wings and cheesy garlic bread to start, they were excellent. Then we had the aranchini, penne with vodka sauce, fettuccine Alfredo, a gluten free pizza and chicken fingers for the kids. Everything was delicious! We took home loaves of Italian bread.
Rossini's is a quaint family restaurant with quality Italian fare. We had their Margarita pizza with fresh mozzarella, fresh garlic, fresh basil and fresh oregano. The bomb! Update 4/1/23: had the mini pizza with sausage and grilled onions. 12/22/23: had the chicken Parm with angel hair pasta and salad. Great salad, and entree was delicious. 3/1/24: had the pizza with sausage and grilled onions. Réservez une table maintenant
I've frequented Rossini's for decades. In fact it might be one of 5 phone numbers I know off the top of my head. The quality has just become too inconsistent of late. You have to ask for a well done pie and there's still a decent chance it comes back doughy. I miss what it used to be but you could certainly do worse.
