Rotisserie St-Hubert

I’ve never experienced as bad service as I did here recently. First, they are next to a hockey rink so you’d think they be accustomed to serving groups. But they were completely inept and incapable of performing such a simple task. We walked in right at 11am as they opened, and we asked if they could serve us lunch and get us out of there by 12:30. We were 12 parents and 10 kids. They said no problem. Kids sat at one big table and adults at another. Now, if you were a head waiter that needed to deal with kids and adult, two tables, food and drinks, and do it on a deadline where would you start? Maybe with food orders, since that takes the longest to get ready, then circle back for drinks as...

Nous avons attendu 1 heure pour notre repas et 2 des assiettes étaient presque froide par contre notre serveuse était formidable et c'est bien occupé de nous étant donné la lenteur du service dans la cuisine et le restaurant n'était pas si plein, je m'excuse mais pas sur d'y retourner.

Our reservation was not found and our group had to sit in a corner. The air conditioning was not working properly, the table was sticky, and the service was very slow. The hostess was on her phone and we had to track her down in the kitchen to pay.

The food is all right but just that. Too expensive for what you get. The service was good, noisy atmosphere.

Fast and impeccable service! Only downside: the nachos at $16 seem a bit expensive.
