I'm not sure why Roundup Rodeo BBQ gets such bad reviews. Here are a few thoughts: 1) You won’t find Toy Story characters here (which isn’t a downside). 2) The all-you-can-eat meats—brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage—are definitely worth the price. The brisket was incredibly tasty, though the BBQ sauce was just okay. 3) The entertainment can make it quite loud inside, so it’s not ideal for a quiet meal (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). 4) Our server kept dropping cheesy jokes whenever they came by, and I loved it!
