Last time I came to this location I ordered online. I always add 2 single scoops of Mac salad, on the side. I live an hour away, but wanted to pick up dinner on my way home from an appointment. I got home, no extra Mac salad. I tried calling the number on the receipt...never heard back. I lost $4 on that order. I decided to give them a second chance last night. I was on my way home and stopped by. This time I ordered inside. Placed my order, with the extra Mac, and sat down. 40 minutes later, still no order. I went to the counter to inquire. Tooook foreverrrr. Here’s the thing, if they got my order right, I’d probably give 4 or 5 stars. How’re you going to take an hour and then still forget my sauces? It literally said I requested sauces on two separate parts of the receipt. Like dude… if you’re going to take a long time to prep and cook the food, take another 30-60 seconds to at least get the order right.

Yo this review is specifically only for the loco moco. I’m sorry but it is trash! The meat??? What is it? I had the loco moco from y’all years back and remembered that it was not a hamburger patty BUT figured it was probably the location. Nope! Same thing in 82nd! Wanna do it right and “at least close to the ones in Hawaii”? Hand form the patties! Do it! Do it now!!!!

If you have anywhere to be anytime soon, don't bother going to Roxy's. Definitely not the place for lunches if you're working unless you don't mind being late back. The food also isn't worth the hassle. Just save your time and money and go to Ate-oh-ate, trust me...

Pretty bummed on the online ordering. I’ve used it twice and gotten dry chicken with no sauce (teriyaki and the garlic sauce) just got to orders of dry and more burnt chicken. Maybe it’s just the online system but never using it again.
