We eat here regularly, but this time was quite disappointing. When we sat down, I asked the staff to wipe the table, but instead, they sprayed cleaner all over the place, and I ended up with it all over my face. A young man brought our coffee at the same time, and when I mentioned the situation, he seemed confused. I told him to use some common sense, as I was covered in spray. At that point, one of the staff members told me not to speak to her colleagues, which was frustrating. They later brought us two biscuits as an apology, but I don't think I said anything offensive. The reviews so far have indicated weak coffee. It was very much the opposite in my experience. Anyone who knows and appreciates coffee will tell you that theyre one of the only places around that doesnt burn their coffee. Most people have become accustomed to the burnt taste that is produced by inadequete cleaning of machines etc. Cant blame them for doing it right. But other than that they're a fresh face on the scene and as with any new place need time to iron out kinks. I think they deserve far better than the narrow minded reviews currently left.
Wow, what a wonderful experience. It was my daughters 7th bday and I had booked a table for 8 girls that was decorated beautifully. The coffee was great, the iced drinks were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make her day beyond special. Thank you to the wonderful staff (and owner) who were on the afternoon of the 4th August. Service like that is hard to find in Victoria point. We will definitely be back.
so absolutely discussed with the female manager in the service today 8/4/22 yes my child might have been in the floor and yes I was busy treating with my other son so that we could go but the way they talked with me was terrible that they had to work on their customer service had already noticed that they were running around no smile more you had 2 option to sort my kids or go away Réservez une table maintenant
we tried rusticks for afternoon tea on recommendation of a friend. we were very satisfied with the food and the chocolate malt milk shakes that were delicious. the service we received at the switch and from the waiter was also wonderful. the price was also great! we will often return to this beautiful caffe in victoria point shopping centre.
Received poor service and an extremely weak, overly milky, cup of coffee. The expensive $4.50 price (for a small) of this coffee makes its poor quality even more disappointing. Furthermore the blank stare given by a staff member, as well as no given resolution, makes this cafe a spot that I won't be returning to or recommending.
