Not the place to go if you’re looking for a lot of food options or good service. 4 of us went, we had an incredibly rude waitress, we ordered hushpuppies as an appetizer, cold and gross. They were out of most of the seafood options. They were out of most of the beer we wanted, the food was overpriced and very small portions. It’s a run down unkept atmosphere but you had to have a reservation to eat there. The shrimp linguine was $30 and you could’ve made it for $10 and fed 6 people at home. And it included imitation crab. Yuck. We weren’t very pleased with anything we ordered, especially for the prices. Nothing special about this place at all. As usual, we were once again extremely happy with the food we ate at Rusty’s! I am always too full to indulge in one of the delicious desserts, but this time I just could not pass up the Pumpkin Cheesecake. I took it to go and it was absolutely heavenly! Thanks to everyone at Rusty’s for contributing to our delicious experience. We have eaten at Rusty’s a few times and everyone makes us feel like we are coming to visit friends! I just bought myself a fleece lined Rusty Surf Turf jacket that I look forward to wearing when I go beach combing in the chilly weather. Amazing! Came here two separate nights in the same week! Love Kelli! She was awesome, the food is amazing. First night got the shrimp and tuna steak, second time got the khalbi steak and the lemon chicken!! Fabulous. Oh not to mention the desserts are homeade by the bar tender! Carrot cake was killer! Our group of seven had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. It's our favorite spot to eat at when we're in Hatteras for scuba diving. The service, food, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. We highly recommend trying the Key Lime Pie, Hushpuppies, Jerk Chicken, Cole Slaw, Kalbi Steak, Wings, Shrimp Grits, and Sesame Seared Tuna. Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing, my wife and I make it a point to eat here anytime we're visiting. The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and never missed a beat. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a mix of modern and rustic decor that created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
