I was in this restaurant twice a month and I can't talk much more about it! First go to the door and see a huge ad or amazing looking desert then get your menu and not Miss Out to the BEST Garlic node! Make sure to post your location on Facebook to get the garlic knots free! Ask for ransom and they're always better! The veggie pizza was good, but better with the ranch too. We also enjoyed the Italian sub, although I must admit that it was different from what I was used. This restaurant is fantastic! I work nearby and was just looking to grab a slice of pizza. When I arrived, I noticed they had an all-you-can-eat lunch special for just a few extra dollars. I'm so glad I opted for that because everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! I was able to get everything I wanted quickly since I only had about 20 minutes before I had to return to work. My server was attentive and brought me the check right away. The ranch dressing is outstanding—now I can't stop craving it! I'll definitely be returning; I even told my coworkers about how quick and satisfying the meal was. Plus, it was a great deal! I can't wait to go back next week!

What a nice time we had for the first time at Sal’s yesterday. My son is in LOVE with the steak and cheese sub and wants to come back weekly (it was not only delicious, but also a considerable amount of steak). I have the lunch buffet... from salad dressing to pizza, as I haven't had since NY, and especially the garlic knots, it was fabulous. Stephanie took care of us and the atmosphere is open, light, friendly and happy. An entertaining place to get wonderful food! Recommend Sal’s.

I had angel hair pasta alla pic pac. I was there with my family for a total of four adults. The food was fine, but not great. The service was pleasant but slow. My sparkling water was served over ice so that it got diluted and lost most of its carbonation. The bread was ho hum. The mini cannolis were sweet but not as good as I’ve had elsewhere. The food was amazing! The service was excellent, and we really appreciated the ambiance of this quaint restaurant on the outskirts of Roanoke. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, it's understandable given the quality of the food. We will definitely be coming back!

What my wife and I had. The restaurant was certainly crowded, but we were pretty fast and the staff and servers were on the ball and it was a very unforgettable time and good food!! We had Chicken Parmesan and Linguine with Italian sausage. We will be here again and again!!

The food was excellent and tasted fresh. I was seated quickly, and my server provided great service. The prices were also quite reasonable. I will certainly return for another meal. I particularly enjoyed the garlic knots, and the ranch dressing was outstanding!

We are from NJ and have been looking for a good Italian restaurant. We found it at Sal's. The staff and owner were very friendly. The food was delicious. We will be going back for sure. Réservez une table maintenant

The shrimps are the best I ever had. Your garlic knots are a must! Your pizza we ordered to go was also later heated for dinner.
