Sal's Italian Bistro

Best steak and cheese sub I have had in a very long time! The owner is very friendly and makes his own dough and bread and it is absolutely amazing. Pizza is top quality and ingredients are fresh and it's right off the interstate 81 which makes it really convenient. Plenty of parking on the street or in the parking lot across the street. It's also handicap accessible

We are visiting Edinburg and Sal's was the perfect choice for dinner. The food, friendly staff, the quick service. Tracy,our waitress, was kind, courteous, attentive and kudos to the kitchen for presentation of the meal. Delicious, highly recommend if your are here in Edinburg.

This is a great place! We were on vacation and found this quaint little bistro with fantastic food! The staff here is very friendly, the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. If we could give them more stars we would!

Food and atmosphere were excellent. Service was slow for not many customers. All in all a Good Italian restaurant. Parking: only street parking.
