Avoid this franchise! Unlike all the other Samurai Sams this location will greet you with snotty and disrespectful service and blatantly doesn 't care if they have customers. When I placed my order I asked for extra sauce for the teriyaki bowls and when I arrived and received my order I checked my request was fulfilled. I received a teaspoon of sauce per bowl (see pic) to accommodate my extra sauce request. I asked the lady (supposedly the owners daughter) about the extra sauce I requested and she said that was it. Then I preceded to open the bowls I ordered and as I expected there was no sauce on the whole bowl. Just the chicken had a small amount of sauce. I asked her for more than a teasp...
Samurai Sam’s is perfectly simple.I started eating here because it’s delicious and healthy.It’s so easy to eat healthy here for all diets. If you’re trying to get a lot of calories in, I recommend the Sumo bowl. If your carb conscience, get a riceless bowl. My kids love it, staff is friendly, and price is reasonable. Plus they have the best teriyaki sauce ever!
The food was amazing, perfect presentation, service was superb-Cashier Aaron was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The ambiance was casual and friendly welcoming environment to all ages and demographics. I highly recommend them for a quality, impeccably prepared meal for any individual or large family-like mine!! 5 stars!!!!
This location has the best Dumplings. Not only do you get 5 instead of 3 like other locations, they don't burn them either. I also do a special order for my beef and/or chicken teriyaki and they always get the special order right. Thank you!

The lady that took my order was so nice! I've never ate here before and she was so helpful and gave me good recommendations! I got spicy steak on noodles and it was soooooo good! Definitely visiting them more for lunch!
We go to different Sam's and seems like all taste different! This one not my favorite! Teriyaki sauce too sweet and meat dry! Could not eat the whole meal.
I love me some Samurai Sams! This location in particular is my favorite. The place is clean, the service is awesome and the food is fresh and delicious!
My go-to spot for Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls! I would drive across town just for these bowls, and they always exceed my expectations. Food: 5/5
