Sanfords Restaurant

Went on a Saturday evening at 5. Sat at bar for a little, early for reservation. Selection of whiskey and bourbon is awesome. Seated right away once it was our reservation time. Ordered the tuna tartare to start fresh and delicious. Ordered bone in ribeye with whipped bourbon sweet potatoes and sesame crusted tuna for entrees. Both really good. Had room for dessert so got the bourbon pecan pie wowwwieee was that good and so worth it. Overall, really cool and relaxing atmosphere and really good food.

A little misleading. The website opentable gave more of an upscale vibe but it felt more like a step above a diner. Bar was really cool and had an impressive selection. The food wasn't bad and the wait staff was friendly. Just a lot more casual in person than it presented itself to be online, which is odd for a place that takes reservations. Overall I felt it was pretty expensive for what felt like diner food.

great experience. eating was great, service was solid, they did not travel to us, and the menu has excellent options. astonishing appetizers, aromen were.

I haven't been here for years, but eating is even better now. it was so hard to choose only one appetizer as so many options sound so good. I'm finished.

you have to come here! a great, upscale restaurant in astoria with great drinks and dips! Eat: I think I could have ordered something to do it.
