I’ve been a loyal customer of Fresh Kitchen for years, even when they were located across the street at 270 Madison Avenue. Their food selection is excellent, and I’ve rarely had any issues. However, I was disappointed with how one manager handled a recent concern. Because of this, I plan to significantly reduce my visits, if I continue coming at all.
