Sankai - Réservation de table

We eat a lot of sushi so tried this place based on reviews. Had the sashimi omakase, 2 rolls and Kasu marinated black cod. Sashimi quality was ok but expected better for the price. Kasu black cod was excellent and definitely the highlight. Service was fast and friendly. Recommend getting a reservation. We walked in and had to wait even though the restaurant was half empty.

Make a reservation or you'll be waiting awhile. Good service, excellent traditional Japanese cuisine with fabulous options. This is not a fake crab California roll and cream cheese establishment. Clean and fresh seafood. Superb flavors. The cucumber sticks are oddly delicious and mouth cleansing. Black marinated cod is on point.

We heard good things about SanKai. Recommend making reservations. We didn't, but lucky to get bar seats. Quite and comfortable. Ordered a few pieces of Nigiri. Service was fast. Nice presentation. Fish was fresh. Taste was a little bland. Tempura vegetables were spot on excellent. Overall, good experience.

We live in Tangletown near Sushi master Ryuichi Nakano's old restaurant and miss him dearly! We will happily travel to Edmonds to enjoy his wonderful dishes. We enjoyed trying new sashimi options from the fresh page, as well as some classic rolls. One of the best sushi chefs in the greater Seattle area! Réservez une table maintenant

Pretty good spot for sushi in Edmonds! If you don't want to drive to Seattle for good sushi, visit here! Must try Japanese soufflé cheesecake! Nomnomnom. Rolls are half size... sankai roll in the back and I think it was spider roll in the front. Sushi are individual orders.

One of the freshest chirashi bowls I've had yet in WA : great fish quality- uni in particular is melt-in-your-mouth decadent, and all three desserts were amazing (opera cake, souffle cheesecake and flan !

there was a live silver fish in our eating, the waitress gave us only a new teller and gave us another $200 show. at least an apology would have been nice. Réservez une table maintenant
