Went for a nice romantic dinner and was unbelievably not let down. Upon entering we were greeted by the owner and shown our table. Very clean and quiet, immediately taken care of . Service was fantastic and by far the best I have received in a very long time. While there a few couple were eating and we overheard them stating how much food they were given and that we never hear anymore. My fiancé had chicken parmisian I had the steak special with pasta both were huge huge plates of food as well as very tasty. Ended with a bill that was inexpensive compared to the quality of food as well as quantity. This place is a well worthwhile for a drive from any of the local areas .
Tried Sam Remo for the first time last night, (no longer a San Remo virgin haha) and WOW. What a little gem of a place. The interior is lovely, the service was great, food amazing! The owner seems like a lovely fella. My friend and I had a 9oz glass of wine each, we had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and both had dessert. $140 tax in before tip. Very reasonable for such a great experience at such a charming place. I had enough leftover for lunch today. After having a horrible experience “down the street”, this will be my new go to Italian restaurant in St. A!
Oh my goodness. My husband and I were given a gift card to SanRemo (and free babysitting ; ! We had never been before. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was cozy, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rigatoni dish with pancetta, the parmigiana and Pollo boscaiola were all fantastic. And the tiramusu! Wow. Both the server and owner were attentive and so kind throughout our visit. Thank you so much for making our much needed date night a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.
My friend and I had the pleasure of dining here a few nights ago. All I can say is if you haven’t eaten here you must give it a try. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional.
