Scissors Scotch In Wash

I really hope I'm getting her name right. I got it written down on a sticky note. Lareesa or Laveesa? Either way I hope she gets the credit she deserves. I recently moved from ATL and I've had the same barber since I was a kid. No joke. Like maybe since I was 7. She cut my hair so good!!!!!! She listened to me and what I wanted to do and gave me good ideas on what would look the best!! She took her time and was serenading me the whole time. Music here is pretty good and I recognized most of the songs. Not only is she good at cutting my hair, she has an amazing voice!!! Thank you soooooo much!! Moved 10hrs away from my home state and my hair still looks great!!

People who cut hair are great and I have no complaints. They are the only reason it is not a 1 star review. The people running the front desk and billing are *incompetent*. I used a card that wasn’t on file and left. I then get a notification my card on file declined a charge. The front desk then calls me FIVE TIMES to press me to pay. I do and then I notice the double charge. I immediately call back and they say it will disappear. It doesn’t so i call and the manager says they removed it. Over two weeks later and I now have to dispute the charge. No haircut is worth this hassle.

I called at the last minute but Ryan took good care of me. I don’t have a regular barber for my facial hair but I do now. And the host was nothing short of immaculate. I literally got a good cut and a shot and more than happy with the service.
