**The GOOD:**
1. The staff: Every person we interacted with was attentive, understanding, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to be around.
2. When our air conditioning wasn't working, a quick call to the front desk led to a replacement unit being installed within 45 minutes. I understand that this level of service may not be feasible during peak season, but it was impressive for us.
3. While the location wasn't critical for us, I can see how it could be for others during busier times.
4. Once again, the staff. Their excellent service is what keeps this review from being only two stars.
**The BAD:**

The Seabase at White Sands in Point Pleasant is a true hidden gem. The food is delightful, the service is exceptional, and the prices offer fantastic value. I’m puzzled as to why this place isn’t bustling every night. During our stay at the hotel, we ate at the restaurant on both Saturday and Sunday evenings. The barbecue chicken and rib special on Saturday was outstanding—I later discovered it’s all-you-can-eat! I went to this restaurant for a bachelorette party dinner before going to Jenks to have a good time. The waitress was great at first, but towards the end of our meal, we felt rushed even though the restaurant was empty. The food was way too expensive for the quality we received. We were paying $15 for appetizers that were worth $7 at Applebee's. It seemed like they were taking advantage of the busy season and tourists looking to enjoy the shore. The best part was that the drinks were strong, unlike other places that water them down.
This was my second visit to the restaurant for their prime rib night, which takes place every Thursday. I like my prime rib cooked medium rare, and it was cooked just right. The restaurant features two dining areas—one in the bar, which I prefer, and another in a larger space with two pool tables. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the dining area wasn’t very cozy for dinner. On the positive side, the prices for bottled wines were reasonable. The service was good, and we weren’t rushed during our meal.

Went for Bachelorette Party Dinner before you invite to Jenks in hope. The waitress was wonderful until we started rushing to the end. (No one was in there, so I'm not sure what the rush was) The food was WAY overpriced for quality. Payment $15 for $7 Applebees appetizers. Define a place where you can take advantage of the busy season and the visitors who want to enjoy the shore. The biggest part: the drinks were strong. That was GREAT the most places water down.
This is the only resort I will stay at in the Jersey shore! Clean, safe and comfortable! Dorothy is an amazing person who runs all around the 2 outdoor pools cleaning and making sure that all of the guests are comfortable and having a great time! Dorothy is the best!!!! Kenneth is always on top of all of the maintenance and anything else that only he can manage!All of the staff here are wonderful!
Stayed here for two nights and three days. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and so very comfortable! The location was absolutely fantastic! The boardwalk is right there where all the action is! And the beach is just perfect! Lots of dolphin sightings, and the waves were magnificent! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Had such a memorable trip with my college girls!
The food was of good quality, but the service was very disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for our salad, and throughout that time, no one came by to refill our water glasses. We won't be returning.
