I also tried a fried dim sim for $1, which was nicely cooked and had a moist and tasty filling. The two potato cakes I ordered for $1 each had a great color and appearance, but the potato inside was a bit thin and slightly firm. It was refreshing to see that the fish and chip shop used fresh and clean cooking oil, which showed in the quality of the food. I deducted some points for the potato cakes, so next time I would probably opt for a larger portion of chips instead.
Passed the three trip test with flying colors, each and every visit met with friendly staff in the store regardless of how busy it was. A heavy box was the first encouraging sign, damn are these guys generous with their hot and crispy chips. The fish was moist, flaky and delicious and the potato cakes little nuggets of crispy fluffiness and with that I have found my local.
The fish and chips at this restaurant are great value and delicious. They are always generous with their portions, as they even threw in some extra chips when I only ordered a plain flake. They may have been a bit too generous with the soy sauce, but overall, the food was fantastic. Thank you.

Best Fish and Chips in the area. Easily the best fish and chip shop in the Seddon, Kingsville, Yarraville area. Good quality product and great value packs. If you don't want to leave the local area to get your fish and chips then head to this one.
