We organised our wedding reception in Tracht in August 2023 and it was an absolutely amazing choice! From the first time, when we visited Tracht, we already fell in love with this place and the atmosphere created by Sarah and the whole amazing Team! Sarah is a very enthusiastic person, always open for our suggestions and supporting from the first to the last moment with her experience, positive attitude, and a cheering up smile : Tracht charmed us with the top quality of interior design, food and Team, combined with the relaxing atmosphere! This restaurant recently got a major makeover and new management, so I was excited to try it. Beautiful interiors, its location right on the lake and a really interesting, well thought out menu make for a great combination. It seems like you now have to book weeks in advance, and they were very busy, but service was excellent and very friendly which is extra appreciated when you 're bringing a baby and a dog. We tried the vitello tonnato, ceviche, duck breast (a special) and entrecote. They were all delicious and nicely presented. It 's definitely gotten a bit fancier than it was before, but we didn 't feel out of place and already look forward to returning for a special occasion.
Wonderful restaurant situated on Lake Zürich. Reservations are recommended if you want a guaranteed view of the lake. They have a nice seating area for drinks while you wait for your table. Easy access by boat or just a short walk to the train depot. Menu was amazing and everything was perfect. Save room for dessert and coffee.
