Die Röschti mit Salat für 20 Franken bestand aus viel Fett mit trocken gebratenen Kartoffeln und zwei (!) Köpfchen Nüsslisalat. Der Falafel-Burger war zwar nicht so fettig aber schmeckte auch nicht besser und hatte ein noch schlechteres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss. Nur die Sauce war lecker, hätte aber eher zu Pasta gepasst.Wie vegetarisch die ganzen so markierten Gerichten wirklich sind wage ich nicht zu beurteilen.Das Konzept mit mitten im Raum wo alle durch wollen die Leute zum Bestellen anstehen zu lassen geht, wen es viele Leute hat, nicht so gut auf. Wen es warm ist und man draussen sitzen will mag das aber ok sein.Alles in allem will ich da aber nie wieder hin...
Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See, perfekt für alle die nicht auf gehobenes Ambiente stehen und für einen anständigen Preis essen wollen. Das Restaurant wird als Kollektiv geführt und verwaltet. Es gibt jeden Tag neue Menus (Mittags und Abends), meistens jeweils 1 Veganes und 1 Vegi Menu. Ab und zu auch je 2. Es gibt auch fast immer 1 2 Vegane Kuchen. Alle Hausgemacht. Am Mittag sind die Preise jeweils etwas tiefer als am Abend. Für 20. bis 30. kriegt man ein Menu mit Salat/Suppe.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität.Die Bedienung ist, sagen wir mal, nicht nur m Übermass motiviert und das merkt man leider auch.Das Restaurant wird definitiv als hip dargestellt.Nicht unbedingt eine Wiederholung wert.
Disorganized for ordering, other clients cutting in line, after 10 mins I get to the front and the employee turns around and walks off. Another lousy Zurich restaurant experience but stands here just seem depressingly low.
Der coolste Platz in Zürich. Das Essen ist anständig, für die Klasse überteuert, aber für Zürich allemal in Ordnung. Hippes Clientel, alternative Menschen tolle Location. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.
Das Essen im Ziegel ist einfach und ehrlich. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist absolut fair. Der Service ist super und sehr freundlich. Wie kommen immer wieder gerne.

Tofu was delicious! The chickpeas were quite neutral tasting, but generally the food was really good. The waitress was really nice. We would go again, if around. But it's quite expensive
