I was at Sempia in the summer 2 years ago and the food was great and I really enjoyed it... However, with every high there comes a low... I was at Sempia again about 2 months ago... The staff was amazing I found myself very inattentive and even arrogant. The food was quite frankly bad. I was really disappointed. The food was bland and the veal had taste (old or poor quality). There is no quarter there! Normally I don't give feedback, but with Sempia I couldn't help it... Because a good pair of colleagues of mine were there recently and they had similar experiences (with other dishes). And when I found out about this, I looked up Sempia on the Internet. Now I wanted to find out whether the restaurant is generally poorly rated. But when I saw these reviews, I was shocked! The reviews that were bad and constructive were even declared as fake feedback here on Google by the owner himself. So I find it extremely embarrassing and unprofessional that you, dear Sempia team or the person responsible for managing the Sempia Google account, write such insane feedback on customer comments! You, as the entire Sempia team, should take negative criticism seriously. Especially when the problems are specifically highlighted. Dear Sempia team, please don't make yourself ridiculous on the internet by rejecting the negative feedback, use this energy efficiently and improve as a team. Thank you very much.
