The staff at this restaurant were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was nicely presented and clean. The toilets were also clean, but there was a bit of a wait due to having only one toilet per gender. The food was served quickly, but unfortunately, it was lacking in flavor. The papadams tasted stale, and the main meal was bland. Additionally, my wife ordered chicken tikka but received plain chicken instead. They did deduct a pound from the bill as compensation. It was surprising that we were able to walk in and get a table on a Saturday evening without a reservation. Overall, the food was rated 2, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
We had a wonderful experience at Severn Fine Indian Cuisine. The restaurant had plenty of staff, excellent service, and great recommendations. The food was exceptional and we highly recommend paying a visit. The service, atmosphere, and food all scored a perfect 5. Recommended dishes include the curry and naan. Finding parking can be a bit challenging, but there are options available such as free parking lot, paid parking lot, and free street parking. Overall, excellent job by the staff at Severn Fine Indian Cuisine.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I ordered takeout and the food was almost ready when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and even offered me a drink while I waited. Both the starters and mains were excellent. This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Bewdley. I would highly recommend trying their curry dish. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a 5-star rating. The price per person was between £10-20 for dinner.
We had such a friendly welcome from the staff who really looked after us for the whole evening. The food was the best we have ever tasted and we love Indian food. Choice of drinks was very good. The whole meal was excellent and great value for money. A very pleasant evening. I went to this restaurant last night and the server was extremely rude and unpleasant. He seemed to be glaring at us as if he wanted to harm us for no apparent reason. I used to frequent this place often but I will not be returning. Food quality was rated 3 out of 5, service was rated 1 out of 5, and atmosphere was rated 2 out of 5.
Aggressive staff. Got the drinks order wrong. One pint rancid like strong chemicals. No apology. Managed to get the food order wrong too. No charm, warmth just What do you want .
