We really enjoyed our experience here! The reason it’s -1 star is because of the style of a la carte for everything. I enjoy hot pot more when at least part of it is buffet style because that allows for more options. There were not as many options to choose from for things to put into your soup. That said, everything we ate seemed good quality and tasty. It also wound up being less expensive than I expected!

I had an excellent experience. I came at 8:15 or 8:20 without reservation, they asked, only wait ten minutes and in 10 minutes I got a nice place. It's a clean place with nice people around. Nice place to hang around with friends, family. The waitress I don't know if her name Sara is a nice recommendation, very polite. I love this place and I'll be back soon.

Shabu-Zen to give a five star not because there is the best quality of meat BUT has the staff here is extremely beautiful, the restaurant is clean, and the price is so worth it for what you get. I ordered a $22 regular combo set and I was still full of dinner time. In any case recommend food during the lunchtime it is fairly packed during dinner.

One of the best Shabu places I was! Our server was friendly enough to explain the whole menu and really had suggestions! The broth was sooo tasteful and the vegetables and meat fresh! Will definitely come back for more! FYI we have the thai tom yum and seuan cool flavors to our veggie broth.

It's called Veggie Delight and it really tastes like that. I have all the different types of mushrooms and tofu varieties to get this protein there!
