The Adeni chai was quite diluted, had an unpleasant aftertaste, and didn't resemble traditional Adeni tea at all. I could barely manage more than two sips. I also tried the Ashta pistachio ice cream, which was completely lacking in flavor—there wasn't even a hint of vanilla in the ice cream. It tasted like nothing, with just some pistachios on top. The atmosphere was dull, and the tables were wobbly, as if there had been an earthquake. To top it off, we were informed they closed at 10 PM, even though we arrived an hour earlier. What a disappointment.
We arrived around 9 PM, just an hour before closing, and were promptly reminded of the time as soon as we walked in. I tried the Ashta ice cream and the Adeni chai, and I wouldn't recommend either. The ice cream was completely flavorless—not good or bad, just bland. The pistachios on top were fine, but I wouldn’t want to pay for a cup of pistachios alone. The Adeni chai was passable, resembling a muted version of the typical Adeni chai, which wouldn’t be bad on its own, but it had an unpleasant aftertaste reminiscent of dishwater.
I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up because their current ratings are misleading. I ordered a drink priced at $3.50 and opted to upgrade to a large, though the menu didn’t list the price for that size. When I got my bill, it amounted to $7.50—so that’s an additional $4 just for a size difference? Plus, they ended up giving me a medium drink anyway, which was quite amusing. The drink itself was just okay, but overall, this place is definitely overpricing their items. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
Absolutely ridiculous service and staff. We were five. 2 adults and 3 kids, and only one person could taste one flavor. No, not one flavor per person, but all 5 of us could just taste one flavor. The person serving us refused to give us any more samples to taste. Would not have bought anything if I didn't have little kids with us, who were eager to just eat something sweet. Not coming here again absolutely not!

Walking in the waterfall really sets the atmosphere. Makes you feel like you’re in a rainforest. It’s really nice. The karak chai was fantastic, definitely the best I’ve had in a long time. The crepes were good, rolled ice cream was fantastic. The server was nice, deserts came out quickly and it was all good. The worker Mohammed was nice and helpful. 5 starts all around really recommend.
The cream they use is rich and smooth. Read a review of someone saying the ice cream wasn’t sweet enough, but it was perfect. Nice clean seating area.
Crepe was delicious, fruit was fresh, chai was yummy. Very peaceful atmosphere.
