Established Chinese restaurant in Caringbah for years and the regulars keep coming back. Recently refurbished makes for a nice ambience and clean surroundings with hand sanitizer on each table An extensive menu with all your favourite dishes including Peking Duck and a variety of seafood plates. Other dishes include Mongolian lamb, satay prawns, fillet steak and special rice meals. Wine, beer and spirits available including Bourbon. Colino 1861 Highly recommended
This place has been a favourite for quite some time now. While it may be a bit pricy, the food and service is always great. The shredded Peking beef and the special fried rice are favourites. It's especially good as it's open for lunch Monday to Friday, and dinner 7 nights a week. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff friendly, efficient and friendly. Happy to return.
We had dinner at this restaurant the other night and it was excellent. We tried the hot and sour soup, Peking chili beef, Mongolian lamb, and fried ice cream. All the dishes were delicious and the portions were generous. The lamb was tender and the shredded beef was crispy. The service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Have eaten here a few times in person and the food has been great every visit. Unfortunate I can't eat in at the moment due to recent restrictions. Just ordered take-away and the food continues to impress. The prawn dish I ordered was quite generous and flavourful.
Food was average and accordingly priced, however, the waiter kept coming to the table trying to sell more drinks. When I went to pay for the meal on a credit card, he asked twice if I was adding a tip! Talk about presumptuous! No, on principle I didn't leave a tip.
I had the freshest Chinese food ever! The Fried Rice wasn't greasy, the vegetables were fresh, and the sweet and sour pork was amazing. I loved it! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of delicious food, excellent service, and fantastic flavor.
This is my favourite Chinese restaurant in all of Australia. The food is delicious, the staff are extraordinary, and the restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place if anyones ever in the Sutherland Shire. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly accommodating and welcoming! Our food was served promptly and all of the dishes were delicious. The fried rice, in particular, is outstanding and the best I've ever had.
