I ordered the power plate, but the protein portion was only 3oz. Half of the veggies were onions and the yams seemed to be from a can. The service was slow, with a wait of over 10 minutes for my food. They automatically brought me a small plate of nachos when I ordered, but when I asked if they had nachos, they simply confirmed yes. The seating was cramped and uncomfortable, with tables placed very close together. Despite sitting outside, the music was too loud.
My first time ordering the stacked chicken enchilada was great, but the last two times it was very cold and dry. I asked for the green sauce on the side but it never came, although it did come with my first order. I ordered a coke and was given a can instead of a bottle, which was disappointing. Overall, for $2.20, it was a bit of a high price for what I received.
I ordered the fiesta burrito for lunch. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, while the chicken was lukewarm at best. I tried to request a refund through the app, but I couldn't because I had already thrown the burrito away and they required a photo as proof. I don't understand how a photo would be able to show the temperature of the food or the undercooked rice.
