Vancouver Islands Hidden Gem! My lovely lady and I just happened to stumble upon this wonderful place on a camping trip up island last summer. I was craving a cup of joe and we had thought that we might be out of luck once we had passed Sooke. I held on to hope that we might find somewhere before we the China Beach camp site. Not only did we find a place, but we found the best place! I kid you not we rounded the corner and a ray of light was shining down on Shirley Delicious and I thought to myself, they must have coffee! In late July I was on a road trip with 2 of my 3 grown children. We had spent a week in Port Renfrew and were on our way to the ferry to begin our trip home to Edmonton when we stopped at Shirley Delicious for breakfast. That was when I had the best cup of coffee of my life! The food was great too but the coffee did not have even a hint of bitterness which is what made it so good to me. I have recommended this establishment to all my friends!

If the coffee isn’t worth the drive the deserts certainly are, but the coffee is. This welcomed stop is operated by a very friendly staff and they can really make baked goods, delicious baked goods which would make you feel guilty if they weren’t made of top notch ingredients and made with so much care that have to be good for you. If you read my reviews you know I love great coffee and this is one of those places I have to stop.

Oh. My. Goodness. Best cappuccino I have ever had. Coffee is an art form here and the food is made with love. You may have to wait a minute or two but it is so worth it!!!! I have been wanting to visit this place for years. So glad we finally made it. Thank you!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Well worth the drive from Victoria! This little gem is an amazing place! The staff are genuinely happy to see you and everyone treats you like family, the coffee is to die for and the food is beyond delicious!

Heard a lot about this place and when we went not at all disappointed. The muffins and coffee are best which I have had so far. Excellent staff excellent set up . Way to go guys , this is a happy place.

Awesome atmosphere, great lunch grub! Phillip made our day. So stoked we came back for breakfast on our way out from point no point. Definite destination stop if you’re heading up island to beach land!

A very cute place , cozy and nice . It served a really good variety of different food and drink items . The prices are reasonable and the service is prompt and punctual as well.

A real gem of a place, loved everything from the food to the decor. My husband and I enjoyed ‘discovering’ this lovely spot. Will definitely come back!
