I dined at this restaurant and I am extremely disappointed with the money I spent. Normally, the food is very good and fresh. We arrived early and I am almost certain that they gave us leftover rice that was reheated. The rice was hard and not fresh or piping hot like usual. There was no aroma coming from the food as there had been in the past. When I mentioned to the server that the rice was hard, she replied, "The brown rice is supposed to be harder." I also noticed that the quality and seasoning of the food were not the same. It seemed like ingredients were missing or maybe there is a new chef - it was simply disappointing.
Love love love this place! The food is consistently delicious, the service is amazing, and they go out of their way every time we go to make us feel welcome. We go to Shun's or get takeout there several times a month and have tried a lot of different items on their menu. We always love what we get. We even hosted a party there for about 20 people because we love it so much. Everyone was gushing about the food. We especially love the sushi, dumplings and pad thai, but you can't go wrong with anything. It's our go-to spot because for us it's the perfect combo of delicious food, awesome menu, super nice people and great value.
I ordered two dishes which was the braised beef scallion pancakes and the chicken teriyaki. The first dish was alright but didn't have too much flavor. The chicken teriyaki however was terrible. It was just two bland chicken breasts and some vegetables, on top of that it cost $17. Overall, my experience was bad.
I love Shuns. It's delicious! I used to frequent this restaurant when I lived in Boston, and I recently visited again with a friend. The hot and sour soup is amazing. Despite being allergic to clams, I love sushi and have never had any issues eating it here. The ramen is also really fantastic.

This restaurant is known for their pan-Asian cuisine. While I cannot vouch for their Thai or Japanese dishes, the Chinese food is authentic. We enjoyed the bamboo rice and sour beef soup. I will definitely return when I am in the area. The service was also very good.
I ordered take-out. There was a line and the woman taking orders completely skipped over me as if I was not there. The person she served apologized however she did not. I will not be back for this reason alone. Better attention needs to be paid to PAYING customers.
I love Shuns! It was always a favorite when I lived in Boston and I still visit regularly. The hot and sour soup is fantastic and they are always accommodating with my shellfish allergy when I want to order sushi. The ramen is also amazing here. Highly recommend!

The food at this restaurant was tasty and genuine. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit.
10/10 for the food. If you drive to there , not easy to find a parking place.
