Silverado is part of the Great American Restaurants Group alongside restaurants such as Sweetwater, Mike's, Coastal Flats, Artie's, Carlyle, and Ozzie's in the Fairfax/DC Metro Area. I'm a big fan of this group of restaurants, as they have common items between them, especially the bread which is provided by the Best Buns bakeries. I wish the portion was slightly bigger, however, the food and service was excellent! I have never tasted orange beets before and I am absolutely thrilled I did this evening. The chef knocked it out the park with his brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, farro, and green olives with the beet. Commendable!
