Hello, what a beautiful place, a spectacular renovation, extraordinary paddle tennis courts and spectacular views, what a pity! That all this is spoiled by such a lousy and unprofessional service! After 25 minutes of waiting and seeing how a family that entered at the same time is having dinner and we don't even have the first drink! What lousy service! I hope this changes and I never see this amazing staff again who only know how to talk to each other and not worry that their customers are well cared for, as they should be, 4 waiters and a person in charge (Mr. Dani) who leave much to be desired. In order not to repeat A great pity! with the great club that it is!
After having gone Thursday to have a few drinks and with the lousy service we asked for drinks 3-4 times and it took them 15 minutes to serve us and the 4 chattering waiters at the bar. Yesterday, Friday, we returned and after calling them 4 times so that they would take note of us, notifying the meter Daniel that and the other 3-4 waiters totally ignoring us, with the same attitude of chatter between them and not doing their job, we decided after 30 minutes to go. lousy service...
Terrible terrace service, both by the 3 waitresses (Argentina, blonde and mulatto, they give a lot to their tongues and work little) and by the head of the terrace, for 4 tables 4 waiters and nobody attends you, amazing, a lot has to change the service for it to return
It is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the best gastronomy at the foot of Monserrat, every detail of decoration is thought out and integrated with the environment... The service of all the staff very attentive and predisposed. Super recommended.

We went with a group of friends on Thursday and there was enough bad service. We returned on Friday and there was no service anymore, we had to leave bored after waiting 40 minutes. super lousy
