Slice Shabu Huntington Beach

Slice Shabu restaurant in Huntington Beach is a great option for shabu dining. The variety of flavors is impressive, the ingredients are fresh, and there are plenty of choices for meat, seafood, chicken, and vegetables. The sauces and spice levels are just right. However, it would be nice to have more than just 2 sauces available, and there are additional charges for certain items depending on your choices. The price for a shabu bowl can easily reach $40, which may be too pricey for some. While the meal was satisfying, the cost may make us consider other options for shabu in the future.

Solid shabu place with quality meats. The short rib was particularly flavorful. Not the most affordable of shabu for the portion size, but definitely one of the tastiest. The spicy garlic sauce is bomb! And I love that they give you a ton of thinly sliced green onions! They have unlimited veggie refills. Service to the outdoor space could've been better though. But a good restaurant all around!

Definitely cold, soup weather, Shabu was perfect! It is not AYCE, 4 step process, choose for protein or combo 2 items, broth (reg or miso, no additional fee, everything else costs extra), sauce limit of 2 sauces! Silly, everything else/more extra, and base of noodles/rice/half

The food was absolutely fabulous! The service was a little slow and disjointed. Server didn't seem to understand we wanted our appetizer first before ordering our main. Bar was slow with the drinks too but the food and overall experience was good. Would go again. Réservez une table maintenant

I was in countless Shabu spots and Slice is still my favorite. The food is delicious, so many options and quality is fantastic. Great appetizers and cocktails to choose from. The service is always so friendly to us. Go if you don't have it! Very recommended.

The place was super spacious. All of the staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant offered quality meat that I enjoyed. Will come back to try more broth than pork bone and sukiyaki. Great udon to eat with the shabu ?

This restaurant is an incredible place where you can cook your own food exactly how you like it. I especially enjoy the innovative technology of having a hot stove right in the table, making it a custom experience.

Just like any other hot pot space, except this is not AYCE. You warned it quite expensive for hot pot. We didn't go too many people in the afternoon. The service is fine as we are the only group. Réservez une table maintenant
