Order 2 burgers w/fries Burgers were good fries were cold and rubbery asked for refund then they asked if we wanted them reheated not offering fresh fries. We sent 2 orders back only refunded for one... then said there were 2 orders of fries sentback for which said oh I thought it was only one... pathetic when you send 2 back it's so little of fries they thought it wasone.. best respond from them would've been we'll make you fresh fries but no..just rude response... ask for receipt and wasn'tgiving one.. oh no ice for fountain drinks
This restaurant doesn’t seem ready to be open yet. It still looks like it’s under construction, and the kitchen definitely needs some work. Our friend’s chicken wings were undercooked, and the staff seemed confused about our order, even asking if something was missing when half of our food hadn’t even arrived. Everything was brought out all at once, with the fries and milkshakes only arriving after we had finished our sandwiches. The food was overly greasy, and the staff appeared unprepared to manage the service.
This restaurant should not be open yet. It is still under construction and if anything needs renovation it is the kitchen. The chicken wings that our friend ordered were raw. The staff seemed to have no idea what we ordered. They asked if we were missinganything when HALF of our order had not come yet. Everything came out one at a time. The fries and milkshakes not until everyonewas done with their sandwiches. Food was COVERED in grease. They seemed very unprepared to offer food service.
Updated August 2019 When I ordered I noticed the menu board had seemed to change slightly. I got what have always had, grilled chicken, it had always been delicious. Not anymore, sad to say, it now is rubbery and looks more like presses meat. I will not be back, so sad when they mess up something that was good.

The restaurant is currently undergoing construction. The outdoor tables and chairs were noticeably dirty. We waited more than 20 minutes for three burgers and fries. While the burgers were tasty, the overall experience has convinced us not to visit this location again.
Not everyone might be a fan, but I truly enjoy it. The BBQ bacon cheddar burger topped with crispy onions is fantastic, and the SmashFries seasoned with basil and oil are a great complement! The staff is welcoming, and there’s outdoor seating available.
Place in complete construction site look. Tables and chairs outdoors (very dirty). Waited over 20 minutes for three burgers and fries. While the burgers were good, the experience convinced us to avoid this location
Not everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. BBQ Bacon cheddar with the crunchy onion topping and SmashFries (basil and oil) are delicious! Staff is friendly. There is outdoor seating.

Smashburger pleasantly surprised me. Unlike many chain restaurants, the portion sizes on the menu were perfectly balanced. This place is definitely a top choice for burgers.
