Ordered take out. The person who packed our burgers placed them side ways in the bag! Why would you put burgers side ways so that all the juices can spill out? Everything was wet and greasy made the burgers soggy. The other thing was we ordered ourburgers with a side of sweet potato fries tater tots. They barely filled the containers for these. The tater tots didn't evenfill up halfway (see picture). The food though was decent, thus left 3 stars. Got the limited time Caramelized Onion burger andenjoyed the taste. My husband got the double bacon burger and he was okay with it. Anyone ordering take out, please take a lookat what and how they give you your food before stepping out of the restau...
We have come to enjoy the foods from Smash! The one on Broadway in the Bronx is clean and nicely run, but the one 42nd Street and 8th Avenue, was smashing! The food is still of high quality, for fast foods, and the service is exceptional! They run thisplace like a typical restaurant, they bring your food to you--incredible! The bathroom is clean and the store is very clean.Overall great place for good and tasty fast food.
The food is amazing, unfortunately we had to wait for a while to get our food. I don't mean 20 minutes or even 30. We waited 45 minutes and people that came after us got there food first and we were still waiting for our food. The food is great is thewaiting period that it was pretty long. I think there should be more employees or different line for on the go and to stay andeat.
I'm not usually one to complain, but I have to say, this place really disappointed me. When I walked in, the staff just glanced at me and then completely ignored me. I waited for five minutes, but no one came over to take my order. Eventually, I decided to walk out because clearly, there was no service. It seemed like they just didn’t care.

The Smashburger was tasty. The tater tots were flavorful, but unfortunately served cold, which was disappointing since I like my food hot. The wings were somewhat dry, and the Sweet Thai Chili wings didn’t have enough sauce, which was quite let down.
The fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the classic smash burger was delicious. Huge thanks to the delivery driver for getting it to me quickly, so I could enjoy everything while it was still hot!
I love the place really clean, AC really good and the quality of the food is unbelievable ????the girls and the guy with the ponytail really pleasant and nice, thanks you ????????
I went with my work partner during meal break from my EMS job and i definitely enjoyed my bacon avocado burger with the smash fries. I'll be coming back soon.
