Smashburger - Réservation de table

I had a craving for a bacon cheeseburger, so I decided to try Smash Burger. The illuminated menu was mouthwatering with so many tempting options, and I ultimately went for the double bacon cheeseburger, which featured their premium bacon. Unfortunately, I have to say it didn't quite live up to my favorite, Wendy's Baconator. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the self-serve lemonade. I also appreciated that they provided dine-in tables following COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The restaurant was very clean, including the men's restroom—I'll let the women’s experience remain a mystery! Overall, I would give it 4.5 stars, but that isn’t an option here.

I haven't had a good experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I've visited multiple times, and there's always been some kind of issue. On one occasion, my burger was incorrectly prepared three times, and instead of an apology, I was met with an attitude from the staff, as if it were my fault. Another time, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple meal. It seems like the restaurant is understaffed, leading to forgotten orders and long wait times. I would recommend they hire more staff and work on enhancing service efficiency. While the food is decent, I don't think I'll be returning due to the lengthy waits.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, with terrible service and subpar food. The fries were awful, and none of the dishes we ordered met our expectations, yet we were charged the full price. As first-time visitors, we definitely won’t be returning. The staff appeared disorganized and untrained, making our experience even worse. To top it off, the soda machine was empty, and no one could figure out how to fix it. This place really could benefit from new staff and a new chef. Overall, we were extremely disappointed.

I hope the owner sees this. This location has the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I've visited twice in the afternoon, and both times, there was nobody at the front to take my order. My food ended up sitting on the counter getting cold while the staff relaxed and joked around in the back. It’s truly disappointing because this place has a great location and decent burgers. It feels like the owner doesn’t care about the business at all. Réservez une table maintenant

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and it was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, and the establishment had a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food was served hot (which I really appreciated) and tasted incredibly fresh. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the mushroom Swiss burger, along with sweet potato fries, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning!

I ultimately requested a refund, which they processed. However, after nearly an hour of waiting only to learn that my order never went through was incredibly disappointing. This was my first experience at Smashburger, and after this, it is likely to be my last!

The service at this restaurant is exceptional! Even though the staff was busy, they were remarkably kind and patient with our orders. Jay stood out for his politeness and outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back to this place because of him!
