I was introduced to Delisnowdon 38 years ago.I had an appointment with the then owner, Joe Morantz, to have some artwork approved for his takeout containers. When I arrived, he was extremely busy and asked if we could meet after lunch. I decided to try a smoked meat. When I got up to pay, the cashier said everything's handled. From that time on, I have been a loyal fan of theirs-THE BEST smoked meat in Montreal and I've tried most of them. Their staff have been there for along time. The customers have been loyal for ages. The restaurant has excellent food and a great atmosphere. I first discovered Snowdon Deli about 30 years ago. It was a bit rundown at the time, but the food was incredible. It has since been updated and is much brighter, with the food remaining just as delicious. My go-to dish is the bagel and lox.

I absolutely adore the smoked meat at this restaurant. The service is incredibly friendly, the staff is extremely helpful, and it's always a pleasure to see the owner working behind the counter.
