Sogen - Réserver une table

Not the place to go if you’re looking to have a decent customer service experience. If I could, I would glady rate them as ! When we arrived, we were told the waiting time was around minutes. We decided to wait. minutes...later, my friend and I were still not seated and no one even had the decency to come to us and apologize or at least let us know when the table would be ready. We asked them politely when would would get our table and the rude waitress simply said she doesn’t know yet and that wee have to keep waiting. After an hour and twenty minutes we decided to leave and just when we were about to open the door, the manager magically found a table. They never came to see us nor apologiz...

Food quality is good but after having gone several times we will not be going back. My wife's egg allergy was mentioned and the waitress (kitchen's fault as well) brought dishes to us with mayonnaise or eggs in them. No apologies offered, long waits,...and partial dining while the other waited.

We have been at the restaurant times. Each time, we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant has a terrace, nice for a summer evening. It wasn’t very crowded, but we visited on a Sunday and Monday night. Each time, we had good service. I would...say it’s a good quality/ price meals.

The waiter was fantastic, he knew the menu and suggested many great meals. The sushi is amazing and really not that expensive, the entrees are great, the “quatres frères” was delicious. The only okay thing was the dessert but even then it wasn’t terrible.

My wife and I went for our anniversary there. The food, the service and the ambiance were over our expectations. Also the list of wine was quite impresive. Sogen means in Japanese la prarie. We got Vip treat by the server. We will back definatly.

I live in Toronto and I came here along with family members for a unique dining experience. Staff was superb and the food was a dining experience in itself.

Fantastic restaurant, service, food, ambiance. Highly recommend! They offer Tappenyaki as well as creative sushi platters. A must visit in La Prairie.

Best Sushi in South Shore Mtl, love to eat there! Very fresh and the place is beauuutiful . Try the « Les frères »
