We love Southbrook! Even though we moved 45 minutes away, we will still go there for food. All the servers and cooks are amazing! They are really good with kids too!!!! We have gone here twice. First time they were so slow. Took us over two hours to eat and then checking out to pay took even longer. Some guy that was at the bar tried to help check us out but to no avail. Second time in we went I ordered a salad. The waitress brought salad out and then like 15 minutes later finally brought out dressing for salad. Note: had to ask for dressing. Popover was frozen in middle.
I held my bridal shower in the basement party room at this restaurant, and it was the perfect location for our group. The room had been recently painted and had updated flooring, which made it look really nice. The service was great and we enjoyed a delicious lunch. The price per person was around $20-$30. The restaurant offers dine-in options and takeout, but there is no outdoor seating available.
Food was good and service was great. Although, they had the exterminator there spraying for bugs/rodents in the middle of afternoon while people are eating. I would suggest having the exterminer there before or after hours. It kind of grossed me out.
