Le restaurant Hangar No1 fait partie du Spa, et vous verrez de nombreux clients en peignoirs venant directement de la zone Spa. Le chef a déjà excellé dans plusieurs autres restaurants et il fait encore du bon travail ici. Nous sommes venus uniquement pour lui. Le menu 3 plats à 25 euros pour le déjeuner est un régal : des plats excellents, une présentation raffinée, un bon service. Vaut vraiment le détour même si vous ne allez pas au Spa et si vous ne vous dérangez pas par les gens en peignoirs blancs.
Nous avons revisité ce restaurant après 1,5 an et avons retrouvé le même excellent cuisinier et le même, si ce n'est meilleur, menu déjeuner à 25 €. Le repas en 3 services était délicieux, copieux et magnifique à regarder. Juste un repas parfait. L'ambiance est toujours celle du spa, donc la plupart des clients qui déjeunaient étaient en peignoir. Le service était attentionné et très amical. Nous y retournerons certainement.

C'est agréable d'avoir un spa en Provence. Bien que je l'aie trouvé un peu cher (25 euros par visite), la piscine était agréable, la salle de sport était petite mais suffisante, et c'était une journée relaxante.
Nice to have spa in Provence. While I found it a bit pricey (25euro per day visit), the pool was nice, work out room was small but sufficient, and it was a relaxing day.
