The Spare Rib - Réserver une table

Solid 3 stars. Good service, good atmosphere, mid food. I may be a little biased coming from Texas, though. The pulled pork lacked flavor if it weren't for the bbq sauce. The corn also lacked flavor and seasoning. Bread and cornbread were excellent. Prices were reasonable. I've never heard of a bbq place that doesn't offer sausage, though. That's a real shame. It's my favorite item to get at any Texas bbq establishment and it's the cornerstone that defines a good bbq restaurant.

My favorite restaurant for 40 years. Back in the day my kids ate free. Today I still love the menu especially the grilled sea bass accompanied by a side of riblets. Goes great with a Guinness on tap. AAAAA

Went there right at opening time and everything was delicious. The riblets are to die for. Plan on ordering catering from there for a party in July.

Service was okay but food was mediocre at best. Better off going to a chain restaurant like TGI Fridays or Applebees.
