Quaint and comfortable old school restaurant in a great location with a great interior and an impressive menu. The service is generally good and we love the bar seating and the booths although the afternoon sun can be unbearable. They have a loyal following of customers throughout the years. I never leave reviews, however….Worst experience in the 15 plus years of eating at restaurant! Our server Allison forgot to bring salads and NEVER checked on us once food arrived…she was totally overwhelmed by the guests she was attempting to serve. Speaking of the food…chicken tenders cold and overcooked!…HORRIBLE! Fried mushrooms were cold and grease bombs! The server, Allison apparently didn’t tell manager of the problem because no one came to speak with me. NEVER AGAIN!
Went here for the 1st time with my husband after some medical appts! Quaint little restaurant with an old time feel! Waiter Brian was Super Nice, Polite Helpful He was very attentive made sure we had refills everything we had ordered! Food was really good made to the specifications I requested! Alot of people coming in for call ahead orders hearing people around us talking it's a place everyone comes back to! Would stop again if in this area!

We visited this restaurant for the first time as part of our exploration of our new neighborhood, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. The service was lacking, the food was uninspiring, and there was an odd smell in the place. My chicken was undercooked. Overall, I would rate the experience 2 stars.
If you don't have a time machine handy, you can visit this restaurant and instantly be transported back to the 70s.Well, except for the food and the prices, that is. The food is lackluster, and the prices are definitely current. First and last visit.
It’s a basic casual family restaurant with good food and great service! Dietary restrictions: The catfish is gluten free. All the veggies are as well of course. Really good food!!
Food was good but, our service was awesome. Instead of constantly refilling our sweet tea, he brought us a small pitcher and was always there for questions and request.
