Work Lunch Experience Awful experience! I tried ordering over the phone and was told to order online to avoid a hefty catering delivery fee. I ordered online and when my order was delivered, items were missing. I called the store, pressed 4 for delivery order problems , and after speaking with someone was hung up on. Must have been a mistake...so I called back, pressed 4 again and the call was never answered. They must be having phone issues, right? Wrong. I called back AGAIN and pressed 5 to speak with a manager and got an associate on the phone who told me there was nothing they could do. They would not re deliver the missing items because it was a third part that delivered the order. But...
No problems with customer service, it was average. My complaint is food vs. value. I tried the Bacon Double Take breakfast sandwich and there was no Double anything. The bacon amount to 3 half pieces which was likely 1 full piece of bacon split into three. It was a small bread sandwich for just under $8. Not worth the money at all! I'd like to thank Panera for reminding me to prepare my own food. Service: Takeaway
Ordered breakfast today and it was wonderful! Food fresh and drink was perfect. Only problem I had was Karen I believe that was her name), she was working the counter for rapid pick up. She kept referring to me as Buddy . I feel like that is unprofessional. By the way I don 't even look like a man PERIOD! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Horribly disappointed in my visit today. I don't know if all St.L Breadco have given up but for sure Bridgeton has. Service was either absent or kind of rude. I also ordered an iced tea, and when I got it someone had dumped what tasted like an old pot of coffee into the iced tea container. It was generally a huge disappointment.

Stopped here on my way back to the east coast a while ago and I'm more than glad I did. Got some bagels and a green goddess cobb salad and they were both pretty good! The person who took my order was extremely sweet and made my salad with no bacon with no problem. His name was Ray I believe, very kind soul!
This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. Trash everywhere, bathroom disgusting. It’s not like they are so busy they can’t keep up. It’s a total lack of care. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I have enjoyed this location over their previous one (in the same plaza). I enjoy their differing selection of teas (hot and cold). This location could use a little more help, but that is a common problem at this time in most industries.
